Who can’t get waxed?

Hair removal services not recommended for individuals on retin-a, accutane, intense acne treatments with high level exfoliants or any other such skin thinning/exfoliating topical or internal medications.

Sugarpuss is committed to an inclusive & inviting space for all genders & identities. However, Sugarpuss does not have the training to wax those body parts typically classified as male. Please go to an esthetician who specialises in that type of brazilian. You deserve a good wax too!

what if i need to cancel my appointment?

Please allow 24-hours notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee of half the amount of service applies for cancellations under 24 hrs the day before. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of service. Clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be charged for all services scheduled.

Can i request a refund?

All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Thank you for your patronage!
